Back story

Since my childhood, I was driven by ambition but kept grounded by the wisdom of our upbringing, much like an explorer connecting the dots of life’s journey. This innate curiosity and sense of connection have guided my professional path. I have always been driven towards trying to understand the underlying ‘why’. I would dismantle things to understand how and why they work the way they do and rebuild them to full functionality.

I decided to pursue a degree in Economics while continuing to develop a keen interest in computers and mathematics. I completed my graduation from the University of Delhi and my masters from JNU.

GX story

I joined Galytix as the 4th member of the team in 2015 and today we are 130+ across UK, India, and Europe. I have had a parallel growth journey with the firm having started as a Data Analyst Intern.

I have spent the last 9 years with the firm fully aligned on its mission to empower banking and insurance professionals by solving complex data issues. In my role as a Senior Product Manager, I connect the dots across business needs, data engineering, software engineering, and data science. Additionally, as Head of India, I am focused on scaling GX’s 9-year growth story in India as we continue to mature as a firm.

I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology. I am focused on delivering –

• Key business outcomes for our clients – I put the client at the centre of all that I do and aim to execute ideas with given constraints.
• Building a solid team in India – The buck stops with me. I love to deliver, but helping the team deliver gives me greater joy focused on making it happen for the client.
• Quickly adapt to new learnings – Constantly learning from my successes and failures.
