My career is marked by my ability to harmonise the demands of a rapidly growing tech environment with the intricacies of global HR management. During my tenure at McKinsey & Company, I managed recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and the employee lifecycle, contributing significantly to the firm's operations. Before joining Galytix, I played a pivotal role at GuideVision, where I professionalized the HR department and processes, as well as successfully navigated HR strategy and compliance during a critical acquisition phase with Infosys.
I joined Galytix in 2022, and since then, I have been spearheading People & Culture globally. With over two decades of extensive experience in HR and operations, I bring a strategic vision to global policies, performance management, and talent development across Galytix's hubs in Europe and India. At the same time, I am supporting the company in scaling teams and operations in Prague.
